I was a lucky Goodreads winner of this amazing book–the 4th edition of the “bible” for wine drinkers and collectors. The world of wine is developing rapidly, so much so that the updated fourth edition of The Oxford Companion to Wine has added new entries, including wine apps, aromatics, minerality, social media, and tasting notes language.

This would also make an awesome present for any part time or full on wine enthusiasts, and they probably wouldn’t need any other guides, ever.

I received this book free in a Goodreads contest. The fourth edition, published incontains nearly 4, entries of them completely new over about pages with contributions companiom people. This review is based entirely janis my own thoughts and feelings. The Oxford Companion to Wine, edited by Robinson, is generally considered to be the most complete wine encyclopedia.
