In the present work, dried leaf powered of Murraya koenigii was subjected to phytochemical screening in aqueous extract and antimicrobial activity using four different organic solvents like aqueous, acetone, isopropanol and methanol against three pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus by disc diffusion method. The extract inhibited the radial growth of test fungi.
