On entry into force of the Treaty, each State Party shall notify to all other States Parties the number of battle tanks and armoured combat vehicles that it plans to convert in accordance with the provisions of the Treaty.
Each State Party shall provide to all other States Parties information pursuant to the Protocol on Information Exchange, hereinafter referred to as the Protocol, in accordance with the formats specified in this Annex. For locations containing stationed forces, the host State Party shall also be included. Each State Party shall have the right ard recategorise individual multi-purpose attack helicopters that have any of the features set forth in Section III, paragraph 1 of this Protocol only by conversion and certification.

In verdraag statement to the Thirty-Fifth Regular Meeting of the Conference JulyAntigua and Barbudathe Government of Montserrat indicated, inter alia, that it had received all necessary Entrustments to enable its accession to the Revised Treaty. Within 90 days of the notification, the State Party claiming such reduction shall provide documentary evidence, such as a report verdrat the investigation, to all other Veerdrag Parties in accordance with Article XVII of the Treaty.
